is there anyway to get e-mail notices when you update so i don’t have to visit each day and unnecessarily increase your usage stats?
Go to your gmail account, go to Google Reader feature (one of the Google Products listed upper right) and add the url to the rss feed feature (a subscription). You can also add any other blogs to the Reader. This will not give email notices, but you won’t have to go the site, it will just show up unread (or all if you want) entries as they are created. Any rss feed tool will work though. Feel free to poke around to come up with something better…
I’ve been impressed by your diligence and upkeep with this site!
